Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only provide limited feature warranty except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable material weaknesses are covered by the characteristic warranty. We aren't at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Certainly, damages that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Checking and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost are included within the service plan.
