The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted quality guarantee on the entire machinery, along with any subsystem except stated differently. Poor craftsmanship along with defective material errors are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your product. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations will be gladly available upon demand.The machinery you are going to purchase needs a regular service. Standard ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and void should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equal of double that period. This is to say, you have to get your machinery fixed in every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or per-approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation and touring costs to your place, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The technicians necessary adjustments to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be done by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the prevailing amount amplified by the traveling distance between your place including our office, should you desire for us to go to you.Without notice, those costs may vary point by extent, for this reason generously inquire about call out and touring costs beforehandIf you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment or would like to find out if the machinery is set to work optically, our maintenance plan is here for you. No costs will be implemented for the technician we supply. Our specialist will be able to advise whether everything is normal or if an back-up or other maintenance or spare restoration is needed. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or hard labour function to be carried out at your/our earliest convenience as no improvements or any such labour services will be done during servicing visits.Basic and/or comprehensive training courses are held via our training centre for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is comprehended in your machine purchase, but more promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will accordingly constantly be able to analyze the machine's assurance information and maintenance history on our webpage or while logged off - in any form and at any moment.
