Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted quality guarantee on any subsystem unless stated differently, as well as on the whole machine. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and servicing. This protects your maximal comfort on both the service and resell of your machines.
