Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Errors as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our fault. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon inquiry.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. Common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is improved in the equal of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, or else your service guarantee will be useless and void. This is to say, you have to get your machine improved in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Every time a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if crucial, are on your account. First principal entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, although more improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been achieved.A individual barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Review accordingly you will always be able to,in any manner and at any time, check the machinery's assurance data and maintenance history on our site or while logged off. Our machines guarantee and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum benefit on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
