The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded feature guarantee on the entire machine, including any subsystem except stated any other way. Weaknesses as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are gladly available.The machinery you are going to buy needs a regular service. The covered service plan includes everyday cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. Every time a service is offered at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement as well as transport costs to your establishment, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be made by you. Our machines guarantee and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your maximal convenience on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
