The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined quality warranty on the whole machinery, including each subsystem if not stated differently. The attribute guarantee covers defects due to unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship We are not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Aforestated is thus not covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are readily accessible on request.The machinery you are going to buy requires a routine service. The covered service plan consists of general cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is offered at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation including traveling costs to your property, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/km is the current amount increased by the traveling distance between your place as well as our branch, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Those fees may vary point by extent without notice, so kindly inquire about call out as well as transport costs beforehand.Whether you would choose to know whether the machine is set to work optimally, or you only want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is here for you. You will for this reason constantly be able to analyze the machine's assurance info and assistance history on our website or while logged off - in any style and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's assurance and maintenance. This secures your supreme convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
