Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. The covered service plan encloses standard cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machinery in the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. This is to say, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each instant a technician offers a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be required except when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Along with the call-out fee, touring costs to your premises including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be done by you.
