If you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is necessary that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your property, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
