Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are readily vacant.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. Everyday ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as general cleaning are included within the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless. This is to say, you must get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each and every time point a specialist offers a service at your establishment. Except for when approved by management or concealed by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your premises and settlement if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge.
