The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined trait guarantee on each subsystem except stated elseways, as well as on the whole machinery. If you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is improved in the equal of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and void. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every three months, you have to get your machine rectified in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Touring costs to your place as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out charge. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
