The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited attribute warranty on the whole machine, as well as any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Shortages due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily available.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a regular service. The concealed service plan encloses general cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period or else your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, you must get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each extent a technician provides a service at your place. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or confirmed by the managers. More advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved but first primary entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Analyze thus you will constantly be able to,in any style and at any instant, check the machines assurance data and maintenance history on our database or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and maintenance. This insures your maximal advantage on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
