The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give confined attribute warranty on the whole machine, including each subsystem if not stated any other way. The trait guarantee covers errors as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our liability. Accordingly aforestated shall not be covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. Reviewing and adjustment, common cleaning , as well as common ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machinery serviced within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out cost will be charged. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation including touring costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The specialists required preparations to be made to get picked up and sent back, are chosen to be carried out by you. R 9.95/km is the current percentage amplified by the driving distance between your establishment including our warehouse, should you recommend for us to travel to you.Without notice, those charges may vary point by extent, hence attentively enquire about call out as well as travel costs in advanceIf you would choose to find out whether the machinery is adjusted to work optimally, or you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, our maintenance plan is suited for you.
