The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited feature warranty on each subsystem unless stated any other way, and on the entire machine. The characteristic guarantee covers weaknesses as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly available.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The included service plan encloses standard cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as basic depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each time a technician offers a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management. At the instant of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement and traveling costs to your property, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The plans for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be made by you. For this reason your machinery's warranty data and servicing history will always be able to be reviewed in any style and at any time on our database or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's assurance and service. Maximal advantage are ensured on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
The above quotation concerns our brand new model, therefore the climax, details and additions are suited thereto. Our Sales clerks can be contacted regarding any questions of the age model quoted.
