The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply constrained quality guarantee on any subsystem if not stated differently, as well as on the whole machine. Errors as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your component. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each and every time point a specialist supplies a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be required except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation including traveling costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if required. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. First primary entry courses is included in your machine investment, although more improved training can be bought after the principal course has been passed.With all our mainline of machines a individual barcode is sold. Analyze accordingly you will always be able to,in any style and at any instant, review the machines warranty data and service history on our database or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and assistance. This protects your maximum advantage on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
