Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer confined quality warranty on each subsystem lest stated otherwise, as well as on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components shortages are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Analyzing and adjustment, standard cleaning , as well as basic depletion replacement at a minimum cost are included in the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is vital that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. This is to say, you must get your machinery serviced in every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is fixed once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless accepted by management or covered by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and travel costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The technicians essential arrangements to be carried out to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be carried out by you. R 9.95/km is the prevailing rate increased by the traveling distance between your place including our workshop, should you desire for us to come to you.Without notice, those fees may differ instant by extent, hence beneficially analyze about call out as well as traveling costs beforehand A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you only want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you want to find out if the machinery is set to function optimally. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with information on whether an back-up or other assistance or spare parts restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations must be made for repairs or hard labour function to be carried out at your/our quickest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be done during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses are provided through our warehouse for all machines we sell. When buying your machine, first principal entry courses is included in your investment, however more promoted training can be obtained after the primary course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. Analyze thus you will regularly be able to,in any style and at any term, analyze the machinery's assurance information and service history on our website or while disconnected. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your maximal advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
