Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only provide confined trait warranty except stated otherwise. Shortages due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our liability. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon demand, quotations are readily available.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a regular service. Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a specialist supplies a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment or would like to find out if the machinery is adjusted to operate optically, our service plan is suited for you. No costs will apply for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to provide you with information on if an alternative or additional servicing or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. During preservation visits no adjustments or hard labour work will be done and reservations should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training facility offers basic and/or full training courses for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the basic course has been passed nevertheless first fundamental entry courses is included in your machine investment. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell.
