The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem, we only supply limited attribute warranty except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with defective components shortages are covered by the attribute guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our constraint. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on request.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. General ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as common cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months, you must get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each and every time instant a specialist supplies a service at your place. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation and touring costs to your property, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if essential. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would choose for us to come to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our workshop and your establishment.Without notice, those charges may change extent by point, accordingly attentively analyze about call out and touring costs in advanceIf you would prefer to find out if the machinery is fitted to function optimally, or you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, our service plan is suited for you. We will not require any cost for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our specialist if an alternative or other servicing or spare parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Sadly, no improvements or hard labour work will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability.We offer principal and/or extensive training courses through our warehouse for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, however more improved training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished.With all our mainline of machinery's a individual barcode is sold. You will thus always be able to check the machinery's warranty information and service history on our database or offline - in any form and at any term. Our machines warranty and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your supreme benefit on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
