Suitable Machining Foam Materials: This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, and each subsystem, we only supply bounded quality guarantee lest stated differently. Poor craftsmanship as well as faulty equipment weaknesses are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held accountable for misuse or general wear and tear of your product. Accordingly aforestated cannot be covered by our guarantee. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly vacant on appeal.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a regular service. Checking and arrangement, standard cleaning , as well as general depletion restoration at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective should you not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning that within which case we suggested that your machine is rectified once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested except when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement including transport costs to your premises, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. We suggest that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our workshop as well as your place.Without notice, those charges may differ point by point, for this reason generously enquire about call out as well as touring costs ahead of time A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment or want to know if the machine is set to work optically, our service plan is perfect for you. We will not require any cost for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an different or further service or spares restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. During preservation visits no reconstruction or intense labour function will be completed and reservations can be made for this to be completed at your and our quickest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or comprehensive training courses are supplied via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be obtained after the primary course has been completed nevertheless first fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
