The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with any subsystem, we only provide limited attribute warranty unless stated any other way. Weaknesses due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our constraint. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Often damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a regular service. Basic decrement replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and calibration as well as standard cleaning are concealed within the service plan. It is necessary that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machinery in the recommended service period, or else your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machine improved in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless approved by the company or included by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.In addition to the call-out charge, traveling costs to your property and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back.
