Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.

Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We supply limited feature guarantee on each subsystem if not stated otherwise, including on the whole machine. Shortages by cause of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product. Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The concealed service plan includes everyday cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimum cost. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be done by you.
