The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited trait guarantee on each subsystem unless stated otherwise, and on the whole machine. The trait warranty covers weaknesses as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship We will not be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Accordingly aforestated would not be covered by our guarantee. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be readily accessible upon demand.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a routine service. Common ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost, checking and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equal of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. This is to say that in which case we choose that your machinery is fixed once every three months, it is necessary that you get your machine fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless accepted by management or enclosed by each of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out cost, touring costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account. The technicians required adjustments to be done to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be done by you. If you would like for us to come to you, the prevailing amount is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our office including your property.Those fees may change point by extent without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out as well as transport costs in advance.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you want to know if the machine is adjusted to function optically. No fees will apply for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is normal or if an back-up or further service or spare reinstatement is needed. During sustainment visits no adjustments or intense labour operate will be completed and bookings should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.Primary and/or full training courses are supplied through our training facility for all machines we sell. More improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been finished but first principal entry courses is included in your machinery investment.With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. You will thus always be able to review the machinery's warranty info and service history on our website or while logged off - in any manner and at any term. We value our machines guarantee and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximum benefit are ensured on both the selling and assistance of your machines.
