The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with any subsystem, we only supply bounded trait warranty unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship as well as faulty material defects are covered by the attribute warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our constraint. Thus aforementioned shall not be covered by our warranty. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are promptly available.The machinery you are going to buy requires a routine service. The covered service plan contains standard cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as everyday decrement restoration at a minimal cost. A Call-out refers to any time a technician supplies a service at your establishment. Unless the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accommodation including travel costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be made by you.
