The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the whole machine, as well as each subsystem, we only offer constrained quality warranty if not stated any other way. Shortages by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machine. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly accessible on appeal.
The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a routine service. Everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are concealed within the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. A Call-out refers to any point a technician supplies a service at your premises. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the ongoing amount amplified by the driving distance between your property including our premises, should you desire for us to travel to you.Generously inquire about call out as well as touring costs ahead of time as those costs may differ extent by extent without notice.

You will accordingly always be able to check the machinery's warranty info and maintenance history on our site or offline - in any way and at any instant. Our machinery's guarantee and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. Supreme comfort are protected on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
