The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded trait guarantee on each subsystem if not stated differently, and on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable components weaknesses are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our liability. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on appeal.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. Reviewing and calibration, common cleaning , as well as everyday depletion replacement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is necessary that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of double that period elseways your service warranty will be invalid and not viable. Whenever a specialist supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation and transport costs to your place, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The existing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our premises including your place, should you prefer for us to come to you.Those costs may vary time by time without notice, so kindly inquire about call out including transport costs beforehand.Whether you would like to find out whether the appliance is adjusted to work optically, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. Our specialist will be able to provide you with advice on whether an different or further maintenance or spare parts restoration is needed or whether everything is normal. Sadly, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be completed during a sustainment visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability.Our training facility offers fundamental and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been achieved however first principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment.A individual barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery. You will thus always be able to review the machine's warranty info and servicing history on our site or while disconnected - in any manner and at any term.
