The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, and any subsystem, we only provide limited characteristic guarantee unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components defects are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We aren't accountable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Therefore aforesaid would not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on demand.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a regular service. The concealed service plan includes standard cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as general decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of twice that period elseways your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. This is to say, you should get your machine improved in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any time a specialist offers a service at your establishment. Unless the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your property including settlement if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. We recommend that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would like for us to come to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our premises and your property.Kindly inquire about call out including touring costs in advance as those costs may differ instant by instant without notice.Whether you would choose to know if the appliance is adjusted to work optimally, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, our assistance plan is suited for you. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to point out whether everything is in order or whether an back-up or other servicing or spares replacement is needed. Bookings must be made for improvements or excessive labour function to be carried out at your/our quickest availability as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be completed during maintenance visits.We provide basic and/or overall training courses through our premises for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, however more advanced training can be bought after the primary course has been finished.With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold. You will therefore evermore be able to analyze the machine's warranty data and servicing history on our website or offline - in any way and at any term. By using the barcode we value our machinery's guarantee and servicing. Supreme convenience are secured on both the reselling and service of your machines.
