The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only offer limited quality guarantee except stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unfit material shortages are covered by the attribute warranty. We aren't accountable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are readily available on request.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Basic decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and arrangement as well as basic cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and void. Every time a specialist offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your establishment and settlement if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost.
