Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment errors are covered by the trait warranty. We aren't liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Thus aforestated would not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. Basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and positioning as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed within the equal of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. Meaning, you must get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
