The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including each subsystem, we only offer bounded quality warranty lest stated otherwise. Errors by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your product. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are promptly available.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. Reviewing and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as general decrement restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of double that period elseways your service warranty will be useless and not viable. This is to say that in which case we choose that your machinery is fixed once every three months, it is required that you get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each instant a technician supplies a service at your premises.
