The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined quality warranty on any subsystem lest stated otherwise, along with on the entire machinery. Analyzing and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and void. This is to say, you have to get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a service is provided at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless approved by the company or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days. costs to your place including settlement if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. The plans for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be done by you.
