The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Meaning, you have to get your machine serviced within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to any time a specialist supplies a service at your premises. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Travel costs to your place including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. We choose that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
