The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded quality guarantee on each subsystem except stated elseways, and on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit components defects are covered by the trait warranty. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be carried out by you. When obtaining your machinery, first primary entry courses is enclosed in your investment, although more promoted training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been passed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. Analyze for this reason you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any moment, check the machinery's assurance information and assistance history on our webpage or while disconnected. We honour our machines warranty and servicing by using the barcode. This insures your maximal benefit on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
