Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only offer limited trait warranty unless stated any other way. For this reason aforestated will not be covered by our warranty. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on demand.Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. Everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost, reviewing and calibration as well as standard cleaning are concealed within the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equal of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and not viable. A Call-out refers to each and every time point a specialist supplies a service at your property. Unless the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your property as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account. We choose that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. We will not charge any cost for the technician we provide. Reservations should be made for improvements or intense labour function to be carried out at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be completed during servicing visits.We supply principal and/or full training courses at our training facility for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first primary entry courses is included in your investment, but more advanced training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been passed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Therefore your machinery's guarantee report and servicing history will regularly be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our site or offline. By using the barcode we value our machinery's assurance and maintenance. Maximal comfort are protected on both the selling and maintenance of your machines.
