The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted characteristic warranty on the whole machine, including each subsystem except stated any other way. Errors due to unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We cannot be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machine. For this reason aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately vacant.Routine service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. The concealed service plan encloses everyday cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as general ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be invalid and void. Every time a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your property, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if required. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are preferred to be done by you.
