The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited attribute warranty on the whole machine, including any subsystem if not stated otherwise. The feature warranty covers defects as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our fault. Our warranty will thus not cover aforestated. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon appeal.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to obtain. Checking and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of double that period. More improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed but first fundamental entry courses is included in your machine investment.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. You will for this reason regularly be able to review the machine's guarantee report and service history on our website or while logged off - in any style and at any time. Our machinery's guarantee and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This protects your supreme benefit on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
