The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded characteristic warranty on the whole machinery, and each subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Common ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equal of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machine rectified in every six month period, if we choose that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a technician offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or confirmed by the managers. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Along with the call-out cost, travel costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account.
