The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only provide restricted feature warranty lest stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and defective material errors are covered by the trait warranty. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are promptly available on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. Common ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost, checking and positioning as well as general cleaning are included within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service period, elseways your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. Meaning that within which case we choose that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, it is crucial that you get your machine serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by the company or covered by each of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your establishment and accommodation if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. We honour our machines assurance and service by using the barcode. Maximum advantage are secured on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
