The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only supply confined quality warranty unless stated differently. The feature guarantee covers shortages by reason of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We would not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your product. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on request.The machine(s) you are going to buy compels a regular service. Investigation and arrangement, everyday cleaning , as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and void should you not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is offered at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Lest confirmed by the company or concealed by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accompanying the call-out cost, touring costs to your place including settlement if necessary, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back.
