The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited quality warranty on any subsystem lest stated any other way, along with on the entire machine. The quality guarantee covers defects as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship We aren't responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Thus aforesaid cannot be covered by our warranty. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. Common depletion replacement at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as general cleaning are included within the service plan. It is crucial that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. Meaning that within which case we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, it is vital that you get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each and every time extent a technician offers a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, travel costs to your property including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. During sustainment visits no improvements or excessive labour work will be completed and bookings should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.We supply principal and/or comprehensive training courses through our premises for all machines we sell. When buying your machinery, first basic entry courses is combined in your investment, however more improved training can be bought after the principal course has been finished.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will therefore regularly be able to review the machinery's warranty information and assistance history on our webpage or offline - in any form and at any instant. By using the barcode we honour our machines assurance and servicing. This protects your maximal comfort on both the service and resell of your machines.
