The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with each subsystem, we only offer restricted quality guarantee if not stated otherwise. Weaknesses due to unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We aren't at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component. For this reason aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Definitely, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are readily accessible.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a routine service. Basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost, reviewing and arrangement as well as everyday cleaning are included within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is required that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. Meaning, you should get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to each time a specialist provides a service at your establishment. Lest approved by management or covered by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the point of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including transport costs to your place, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be carried out by you. Therefore your machinery's guarantee data and maintenance history will constantly be able to be reviewed in any form and at any moment on our site or while logged off. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and service. This insures your supreme benefit on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
