The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded quality guarantee on the entire machine, including any subsystem if not stated any other way. The trait guarantee covers defects due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship We aren't responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on demand.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a regular service. Reviewing and adjustment, basic cleaning , as well as general ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you have to get your machine fixed within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is included by each of the above plans or confirmed by the the company, a call-out cost will be requested. At the point of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to travel to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our branch including your place.Kindly enquire about call out and touring costs ahead of time as those fees may vary extent by point without notice.If you would choose to know if the machine is fitted to work optically, or you just want our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the experts we provide. Our specialist will be able to point out whether everything is normal or whether an back-up or further maintenance or service parts replacement is needed. Regrettably, no adjustments or excessive labour function will be done during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability.Our warehouse offers fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your investment, however more advanced training can be purchased after the basic course has been completed.A unique barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Thus your machinery's assurance report and service history will always be able to be checked in any way and at any moment on our webpage or offline.
