The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded feature guarantee on any subsystem if not stated otherwise, along with on the whole machinery. Defects as a result of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We shall not be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on inquiry.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Reviewing and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not rectified within the equal of dual that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every three months, you must get your machine improved in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Anytime a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Seeing that the quotation above concerns our brand new model, the climax, specifications and additions are suited thereto.
