The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only offer constrained characteristic guarantee except stated otherwise. Weaknesses by reason of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We shall not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon inquiry.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. Analyzing and adjustment, standard cleaning , as well as common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to any instant a technician offers a service at your establishment. A call-out cost will be charged except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or accepted by the management. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your premises and settlement if essential, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. The experts required plans to be made to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be made by you. If you would like for us to travel to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our warehouse including your establishment.Kindly inquire about call out as well as travel costs in advance as those fees may differ instant by time without notice.If you simply want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility or would like to find out if the machinery is fitted to function optically, our maintenance plan is here for you.
