The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only provide limited feature guarantee except stated otherwise. The feature warranty covers shortages as a result of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our liability. Accordingly aforestated will not be covered by our warranty. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon demand, quotations are promptly vacant.The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a routine service. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equal of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless.
