Quality Warranty: For the whole machine, as well as each subsystem, we only provide limited feature warranty lest stated elseways. Service Plan: The machinery you are going to buy needs a routine service. Reviewing and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as standard depletion restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to any instant a technician provides a service at your property. Unless per-approved by managers or included by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and travel costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. We recommend that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the existing rate is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our workshop and your property.Those fees may change point by instant without notice, so kindly enquire about call out as well as touring costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you want to know if the machine is set to operate optimally. No costs will apply for the experts we provide. Our technician will be able to provide you with guidance on if an alternative or further service or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. During maintenance visits no repairs or excessive labour function will be practised and reservations can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We provide fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses via our training facility for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is included in your machine purchase, although more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been finished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. Barcode System: With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will therefore regularly be able to analyze the machine's assurance report and service history on our database or offline - in any way and at any time. Latest Model Quoted: Seeing that the quotation above involves our advanced model, the highlights, specifications and accessories are applicable thereto.
