The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited attribute guarantee on the whole machine, along with any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Errors by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We cannot be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your component. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. The included service plan encloses everyday cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
