The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only supply confined quality guarantee lest stated any other way. The feature warranty covers weaknesses due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We aren't responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon inquiry.The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a regular service. Common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and arrangement as well as general cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.

At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. The technicians essential preparations to be done to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be done by you. Check therefore you will always be able to,in any form and at any time, review the machinery's guarantee info and service history on our database or while logged off. Our machines warranty and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your maximal benefit on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
