The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited attribute guarantee on the whole machine, as well as any subsystem if not stated differently. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a service is provided at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Lest per-approved by the company or included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation as well as travel costs to your establishment, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential.
