The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded trait guarantee on the whole machine, as well as each subsystem except stated otherwise. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to any time a specialist supplies a service at your place. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or accepted by the management, a call-out cost will be required. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accompanying the call-out cost, transport costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up as well as sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's guarantee and maintenance. This insures your maximal benefit on both the reselling and service of your machines.
