The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited attribute guarantee on each subsystem unless stated elseways, as well as on the whole machinery. Whenever a technician provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless approved by managers or covered by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Transport costs to your premises including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up as well as sent back. The existing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our office including your property, should you prefer for us to go to you.Those costs may vary time by extent without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out and touring costs in advance.Our service plan is perfect for you if you only want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, or if you want to find out if the machine is fitted to work optimally.
