The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined quality guarantee on the entire machinery, and any subsystem except stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and faulty equipment weaknesses are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We will not be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Thus aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly vacant on demand.The machinery you are going to buy requires a regular service. Reviewing and positioning, general cleaning , as well as everyday decrement replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and void if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you must get your machine fixed within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and touring costs to your premises, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. We choose that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
